1 Acceptance of Terms

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts in question will be suspended immediately and the balances within may be forfeited. This decision is final and non-appealable.

Mrlucky99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Mrlucky99 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and standard bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation. mrlucky99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method and your account verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks conducted by the mrlucky99 team.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• Mrlucky99 reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before approving your first withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering will be held pending further investigation.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Rollover (Wagering Requirement): Most deposit bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement of between 5x and 20x, depending on the bonus type. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place bets totalling 10 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.

8 Liability Limits

Mrlucky99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
